Welcome to the blog sharing the journey we are on of growing our family through adoption, as well as what life is like after the adoption has finalized.

There is a section where you can read some FAQs, check out the process we will be going through...as well as the blog posts filled with humor, joy, as well as probably some frustrations along the way!

Once again, welcome and let's enjoy the ride!!

new cute and amazing things they do...

1. Wearing pirate hats Grammy Lynn gave them, "gimme that ting ting ting" in the scruffiest voice they can muster.
2. Remember when Dom used to love everything but Mommy and Daddy, now he says "I wuv you so much!" with a silly cute grin on his face. LOVE THIS. Eli even started saying:)
3. When they are "baking cookies" in the kitchen they put socks over their hands to imitate oven mitts. That was Eli's idea about 3 weeks ago.
4. Dom really likes the flow of saying Grammy Lynn and we hear at times "Mommy Lynn, Daddy Lynn, Eli Lynn or Dommer Lynn"
5. Eli is practically potty training himself, we'll officially start Monday!
6. Dom has the ability to entertain himself with books for 90 min. completely alone!!!! On days when he doesn't really want/need to nap he reads books for the entire time...amazing.
7. I may as well consider all my furniture climbing objects. They have literally reached new heights these days in the house and on the playground. They are getting braver and braver and I'm growing more aware of the need to always know where the medical cards are at.
8. They don't have much reference for action sounds (when hitting something/someone with an object) so the ones they constantly default to is either "Wow, wow, wow" or "Poo Pow, Poo Pow" I just heard Dom say "I want to Wow wow the dinosaurs"
9. Their undying devotion to green beans.
10. The evidence of growth and trust in our house being THEIR home.
