how can i help?

First, check out our blog, check out the FAQs, and read about adoption.  One thing that we've found already is that there are many misconceptions about adoption, we've learned so much ourselves as we've pursued this.  So, as you have a question, if it's not listed in the FAQs, check out some of the other blogs that we've linked to.  If you can't find an answer, feel free to send us an email and ask us, we would love to help educate people on the world of adoption, it's process, and the people involved.

And as most of you know, adoptions cost money (like natural birth), there's lawyer fees and agency fees...since we are going through the state primarily, we won't be paying the some $30,000 that many private agencies charge.  However, we are hiring a local private agency to be our personal adoption worker, Boys and Girls Aid.  We are coming up with some creative ways to ensure we have the necessary funds to make this happen; we're planning a garage sale, saving of course, as well as we've created a sticker that we are going to sell for $5...the sample-image is at the bottom.  If you'd like to support us by either purchasing a sticker, sending a donation, or donating an item for the garage sale, email Nick and Mandy and let us know how you'd like to help.  If you want to purchase a sticker, send us an email with your address and the number of stickers you'd like, we'll then send you our address for where you can send the donation.
