movin along...

our meeting with Elizabeth, our adoption worker...it was pretty great.  She's a mother of 3 and an adoptee herself.  She's worked in the system for a long time and did a great job at helping our friends Kevin and Rhonda on their journey, we are confident she is going to do/be the same for us!

We just sent her our reference forms and are beginning to work on this 150 question life-intrusive mini-biography we have to do...I cannot believe how long it is, nor some of the questions they ask...good thing is it will really help Elizabeth represent us well at committee.

The stickers are here!  And I'm excited, Mandy's excited too...but I'm excited, always nice to see something you've made come out good.  We are going to be sending the stickers out to those who have requested them as soon as I can get my rear-end to the post office.  

We also made a great find!  We had been helping down at a local Spring Cleaning thing and someone brought 2 old toddler beds that they weren't usin anymore.  its got some nix on it, as well as some wonderful green crayon marks :)...but its in good shape...so if we end up with a toddler we're all set...and if not, well, we've got a toddler bed to give away when we find out!  

that's it for now...this month or so are going to be mainly paperwork and after that Elizabeth will start hangin out in our home and doin the home study deal...we movin right along...
